New York State has created a free, large-format paper map of the Empire State Trail. The foldable map depicts the statewide 750-mile route, provides inset maps detailing the route through major cities, lists nearby attractions, and provides trail user information.

The map is available for mailing to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada. Order your map by submitting the information on the form below. Be sure to complete the fields accurately; we are unable to process items returned due to incorrect addresses. Please allow four weeks for delivery via USPS mail.
